Aerovionics at the Night at the Institute of Aviation – We’re Back in 2026

Before we meet again at this year’s Night at the Institute of Aviation, we want to take a moment to look back at one of the most important events for us last year.

On 10 October 2025, Łukasiewicz – Institute of Aviation in Warsaw opened its doors for the 14th edition of the Night at the Institute of Aviation. In just six hours, the event welcomed around 49,000 visitors, with nearly 100 exhibitors presenting their projects, technologies and solutions.

Aerovionics was proud to be one of them.

Our simulator in front of such a large audience for the first time

At our stand, we presented a prototype of our flight simulator together with the modular avionics system we are developing.

For visitors, it was an opportunity to sit in the cockpit and experience hands-on avionics and GA flight simulation for themselves. For us, it was a chance to have hundreds of conversations with pilots, instructors, representatives of flight schools, aviation enthusiasts and people experiencing more advanced flight simulation for the first time.

The level of interest exceeded our expectations. For much of the evening, a queue formed in front of our simulator, and our stand became one of the most frequently visited in this part of the event, alongside the stand of Aeroklub Warszawski.

This direct contact with users is especially valuable to us. It allows us not only to present the solutions we are developing, but also to see how pilots and students interact with them, talk to instructors and gather feedback that later helps us improve our products.

Six hours filled with aviation

The Night at the Institute of Aviation is much more than a technology exhibition. During last year’s edition, visitors could see aircraft, rockets, unmanned systems, simulators, specialist vehicles and research laboratories that are normally not open to the public.

The scale of the event – around 49,000 visitors in a single evening – shows just how much interest there is in aviation, technology and flight simulation in Poland.

For Aerovionics, taking part in the event was both an opportunity to present our solutions and a confirmation that there is real interest in realistic hands-on avionics trainers and modular GA flight simulators among pilots and the flight training community.

This year, we are coming back.

The 15th Night at the Institute of Aviation will take place on Friday, 25 September 2026, from 17:00 to 23:00, at Łukasiewicz – Institute of Aviation, al. Krakowska 110/114 in Warsaw. Admission is free.

Once again, you will be able to meet the Aerovionics team, see our solutions up close and, most importantly, take a seat at the controls of our simulator.
